The SICC LGR is determined to establish an inclusive and transparent international process on sustainable development goals in the world, open to all stakeholders, to develop global sustainable development goals. Poverty eradication, changing unsustainable patterns of consumption and production and promoting sustainable patterns, and protecting and managing the natural resource base for economic and social development are central objectives and vital conditions for sustainable development. The SICC LGR is at the center of the world’s development processes, bearing a great responsibility today in the World, and in this regard, the participants in the SICC LGR have been committed to strive for a just, equitable and inclusive World and work together to promote sustained and inclusive economic growth, social development and environmental protection for all, in particular children, youth and future generations throughout the world.

We hereby express our respect to you and inform you that the Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Light Great Russia (hereinafter referred to as the SICC LGR) is a Sovereign Subject of International Law.
SICC LGR is fundamentally distinct in its legal foundation from legal entities both in Russia and in other countries, and is a free Sovereign Society that is not subject to taxation.
The total number of shareholders of consumer, mutual and cooperative societies falls under the law on non-disclosure of personal data. In this regard, any proposals to disclose this information are illegal.
International Consumer Societies can legally have their own Treasuries (not controlled by an external regulator) and all shareholders of the International Consumer Societies automatically have their accounts in this Treasury.
Information about the availability of accounts and accounting of installments, as well as settlements within the Treasury falls into the category of banking and treasury secrets.
Account opened in any bank or financial institution by the Sovereign International Consumer Society or by the Treasury of this Society is a treasury account of a Sovereign Society, and it cannot be blocked by a bank or a financial organization without a decision of the International Court or an order of the Society itself.

The conditions of how you can become a shareholder of the SPDR are discussed in the application form and the contract itself between the SPDR and the person interested in joining the Cooperative.

The World Sovereign Bank of the Order of the Hospitallers is a united bank, a credit bank for the national economy and the settlement center of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Rhodes, Malta, The Supreme Sovereign Order of the Hospitallers.
The WSUC LGR has the Status of the Chief Regulator in all Share Consumer Cooperative Societies and Unions of the World.
